He called to see why the guide wasn't there and was told he'd be there soon. Finally he arrived late. There were no instructions for the people on the Segway. No helmets for us on bikes. The guide would start talking before the four of us were off our bikes or parked the Segway. The guide was nice enough but very disappointed. I would not advise anyone to pay for this. Take the Free Walking Tours instead.”
