“Our guide was lovely once he arrived. We were at our meeting point for the correct time and when a gentleman arrived he couldn’t find us on his list. He took a photo of our booking and said he was sending it to the manager and to wait at the stop with everyone else. Everyone else got picked up but not us. We called and were told they could get someone to us in 10 minutes which we agreed to wait. 20 minutes later still no one. 1 hour after our meet time and multiple communications we finally got picked up.”
