“Very poorly organized. They changed the time the day before. We arrived 2 hours before the gates opened and waited another 2 hours to get to the ticket office. By “tickets included” they mean they will hand you cash at the ticket office to purchase your tickets. The guide is not the guide during the tour. Your group will be assigned a guide by the facility at the time of tour. Tour guide was a nice guy and not his fault things were unorganized. I’m not sure why they provide time slots when those time slots mean nothing. I’d recommend finding a skip the line, if possible. We were originally…”

Review of Krakow’s Schindler’s Factory tour, with Nazi occupation history, practical tips, guide quality, group sizes, and value at $49.
“Our tour guide, Kinga, was friendly and professional. She had a great level of English and spoke clearly, giving a few personal accounts. She moved us around the main exhibits without it feeling rushed and explained at the very beginning that there was only a little about Schindler within the museum. Instead, it is mostly concerned with Krakow before & during the war as well as life within the ghetto. My teenage son got a lot more out of the tour than he would have if we had visited the museum independently and had to read the exhibit notes.”

“Booking and communication was great. Wish we had done the guided tour as there is an awful lot of information to try and take it and a lot of reading so would have been better to have someone be able to explain and summarise it for you.”
A practical review of the Krakow to Auschwitz tour, covering transport, guides, timing, queues, costs, luggage rules, and major booking risks.
“Do not book with this company. Changed time and pick up point 23 hours before the booked time. Terrible experience and communications. Spoke with customer support who were very helpful but the tour guide Messaged us 23 hours before trip while we were flying. The tickets you have to queue for greater than 4 hours. We booked a trip for 10.10am and we got a message to say that the pick up point had changed and also that we would be leaving at 215am. The site is 90 mins away. Apparently this is common practice.”

“Booked rhe Schindlers factory tour last minute but managed to get a slot we wanted. We were greeted outside by someone who checked off our names. The tour was great and very informative. There were lots to see and the guide explained everything well. The ticket also allowed us entry to the ghetto pharmacy - its only small but worth visiting. Overall, great tour and would recommend this booking.”
